Cast Iron has been produced on the banks of the river Suir for centuries, and some families here in the area can trace back their involvement in stove manufacture for generations. We regard ourselves as privileged to be able to work in the beautiful Suir valley in South Tipperary, a few miles from the historic city of Waterford.
Respectful of our surroundings, the Mulberry manufacturing and enamelling plant here is certified to ISO 9001 Quality Standard and ISO 14001 Environmental Standard. We design and test our products here in Mulberry's own R & D laboratory, spending considerable time striving to increase efficiency and reduce emissions. This results in stoves that burn less fuel and produce cleaner emissions. New products are then sent to Germany for third party independent testing and certification to CE, DIN, and EN standards.
As stoves reach the end of our Assembly process, we fit glass and thermostats and carry out a 28 point quality check on each stove before it is shipped to our dealers. This work is done by people who have been making stoves for three generations. Our Customer Support group exists to ensure that owning a Mulberry is a pleasurable and satisfying experience.
We actively engage with our Customers to ensure that feedback is reflected in the way in which the stoves are designed and produced.
Director of Sales and Marketing Billy Hogg and Sales Representative Gillian Sheehan look after all of our Irish Dealers.
Billy covers the East of the Country, while Gillian covers the West. When you ring us your first point of contact is likely to be Kate Byrne, and if Kate can't help you immediately, she'll put you in touch with someone who can.
Our small team has over 100 years of combined experience in making stoves and we are dedicated to Mulberry becoming synonymous with QUALITY and VALUE.
